Direct to Garment Printing
Custom T Shirts
Direct-to-Garment Printing or DTG is the method of taking a digital image and printing it onto t-shirts. There is a one-time printer setup fee for the initial order and no setup costs for reorders. Small order runs and one-offs make it inexpensive for smaller-sized companies only needing a small print run. Detailed colorful images such as photographs, complex company logos, and illustrations are perfect for DTG, which can print over 16 million colors. Our printers use water-based ink that is certified non-toxic and biodegradable, which produces a soft, lightweight print that is environmentally friendly.

Tips to Ordering DTG T-Shirts
- 100% Cotton T-shirts and sweatshirts are the best choices for clear, vibrant prints. Additional polyester in the shirt dulls the image; however, it still looks fine. We suggest no less than 50% cotton in the shirt.
- Estimating the price is by the size and quantity of your print. A full-size chest print is approximately 12"x12", and a left chest logo is roughly 3.5" wide. We suggest for a t-shirt a left chest and a fullback print.
- Artwork is what makes or breaks a DTG print. Clear 300 dpi artwork lets the computer select the color pixels in your artwork for a precise image. Our art staff will work with you to design high-quality artwork.
- Locations we can't print on
- No Sweatpants
- Hoodie Sleeves
- Single Color T-Shirt Sleeves: Use Transfers or Screenprint
- Youth XS is the smallest youth shirt. (NO Toddlers)
Prints on Demand
Print-on-demand is a process for creating t-shirts with little to no waste. Instead of printing hundreds of t-shirts, print-on-demand prints t-shirts as ordered. T-shirt inventory stacked in your company's closet is a thing of the past. We offer online company stores to print your company's t-shirt and send it to your employee or client. Custom T-Shirts
Typically, you won't need to know the differences between similar-looking t-shirts, such as heavyweight t-shirts, Hanes Beefy T-Shirt, Bella Canvas 3001 CVC, Gildan T-Shirt, Port Authority, and Jerzee. Our customer service will aid you with technical terms such as ringspun cotton, moisture-wicking t-shirts, and 100 percent cotton fabric. You will only need to know t-shirt colors and fabric content, and we will guide you with the rest.
