Website Overview
Our site is powered by Inksoft.com, the industry leader in custom apparel online platforms. It is a "workhorse" site where you can quickly add to your cart and checkout. Our customer service team will assist you in picking out products and adding them to the site. We recommend 4-6 different items to streamline the ordering process. Hint: Our factory staff will ship your order sooner when you keep the order simple.
We have a Factory
When selecting an online store provider, make sure they have an onsite factory to process and deliver your orders. Many online companies outsource your order to the cheapest factory and lose control of delivering your order. Our factory workers pay attention to your order and inspect every garment before shipping. We guarantee our work, and we have been backing our product since 1977.

How we prepare your online order
We developed a workflow to expedite your order through the manufacturing process. When we receive your online order, it flows into our shop software called Shopworks that tracks your order through all the production stages until completion.
Production Stages
1. Receipt of your online order
2. Our purchasing department procures the blank garment from our supplier. Our supplier has seven warehouses around the country and holds an inventory of close to 800 million dollars.
3. The brown UPS truck arrives with your blank garment within 1-5 days, depending on the warehouse location. We try to pull most inventory from our Seattle and Reno locations.
4. The receiving department counts and inspects your blank goods.
5. The goods are moved into our production staging area, where our production manager, Ruthie, verifies the logo colors and placement.
6. The order then moves into our production line to be stitched, printed, or heat pressed.
7. Once production is completed, it moves to our finishing and inspection department, where they meticulously check the garment and logo for any defects incurred in the production stage.
8. The order is boxed and shipped.
