Join Our Team as a Direct-to-Garment Printer Operator for Custom Apparel Printing | On-Site Training

As we continue to grow, we're excited to expand our production team with an additional Direct-to-Garment Printer Operator. With DTG printing, we can create full-color designs on t-shirts using eco-friendly inks - a fast-growing method in the industry. ​Job Duties:
  • Operate the Kornit, the direct-to-garment printer, to produce high-quality prints on t-shirts and sweatshirts
  • Maintain and troubleshoot the printer as needed
  • Understand basic graphic artwork and be familiar with Adobe Photoshop and different types of graphic files
  • Use Windows 10 to drag and drop files and folders
  • Lift and move up to a 40 lb box regularly
  • Stand for 8 hours day-to-day while using your hands to load and offload t-shirts from the printer
  • Count and fold t-shirts, and fill out paperwork for all orders
Requirements:
  • Computer proficiency, including the ability to use Windows and move files and folders
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and different types of graphic files is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving production-type environment
  • Strong math and counting skills
  • Having a mechanical inclination is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and exhibit excellent attendance
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn new skills and grow with the company

Pay Scale:
  • The starting pay rate is $16.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on your qualifications and experience.
  • You will receive a pay raise once you complete the 90-day probationary period
