Features a concealed hood in the collar! The Highland has an outside shell constructed of wind-proof/water resistant medium-weight 100% taffeta nylon. Also features contrasting collar trim, half lined with mesh. It has an elastic waistband and cuffs too. The back yoke opens for added ventilation.
