Size:
For this price guide, size is determined by adding height + width then dividing that number by 2. Example, 3.5" Wide x 2.5" Height = 6". Divided by 2 = 3" Patch on this guide.
Quantity:
Minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per logo and color scheme.
% of Embroidery:
This is the amount of stitching and/or detail on the patch. Final determination of % of embroidery is made by Northwest Embroidery.
Colors:
Prices above include up to 7 thread colors. Additional colors available at $.05 ea. Metallic Gold or Metallic Silver adds 25% extra.
Backing:
Prices include a plastic backing. Heat Seal Backing is available.
Add $.07 ea. for 2" and 2.5", $.09 for 3" and 3.5", $.15 for 4"-5"
Border:
Prices above include a Merrow Border. A Merrow border is a 1/8" sewn finishing border. If your design requires following intricate corners or shapes, a Laser Cut border will be preformed. Laser Cut is achieved by cutting away the material outside of the stitching used in your design. We include a plastic backing on each patch we manufacture. Plastic backing is not sticky nor will it adhere with heat. If you require heating the emblems on to your garment, we do have Heat Seal available. It is always recommended to sew on any emblem regardless of type of backing used. Due to heating specifications, heat seal backing may not be successful without the use of an industrial heating source.
