Ordering Information for Custom Apparel

All listed prices include an embroidered logo up to 8,000 stitches. Designs over 8,000 stitches are charged $0.40 per 1,000 stitches extra, per item. We offer discounts based on the total quantity ordered in separate price breaks.
Because our suppliers’ catalogues are so large and ever-changing, we are not able to list every single item we offer on our website with its accompanying price breaks. We have provided links to the complete lines we offer in our online catalogues tab. All of our catalogues are available in print format as well. If you have any questions about pricing or would like to receive a catalogue by mail, please just email us or give us a call!
Items can be mixed within an order to recieve quantity discounts (example: 23 polo shirts and 1 jacket would meet the 24 piece price break). Because we use different pricing structures for apparel and headwear, they can not be combined together for quantity discounts.

Extra large sizes for T-shirts are one dollar less than those listed above.
Design set up
There is a one-time setup fee of $100.00 to digitize your design for embroidery. Once this is done, however, it stays in our system and can be used for all future orders at no charge. We appreciate when clean artwork is provided to work from. The clearer the artwork is, the easier it is to match the finished product with the original art. Sketches and pencil drawings are difficult to work from and may require some work from our art department to clean them up.
The unique properties of thread can occasionally make it difficult to reproduce thin lines and small details in certain designs. To overcome this, we recommend making embroidered lettering no smaller than 3/16" tall if possible. Minor adjustments may need to be made to the layout of some pieces of artwork to assure they sew their very best. If you have any questions about your art, please just ask!
Art creation and clean up
If you do not have a design ready to embroider, it is not a problem. We have an art department available to assist you in cleaning up your existing design or even creating one from scratch. Our art department is charged at the rate of $40.00 per hour.
Monograms and individual names
We can personalize each item with a custom monogram or name on the right chest. Choose from a block or script font. Each line of embroidery is just $6.00.
Cap back embroidery
$2.00 per cap.
Delivery
Averages two weeks after receipt of order. Please add two additional weeks if new art and design is required. Note: If you are buying for export some of these products may not be eligible for re export to another country from the United States. Orders are considered complete when 95% shipment is made. Rush charge is 15% of total invoice. Restocking fee for cancelled orders is 15%
