Digital t-shirt printing is a new technology that lets us print small runs of shirts in a fraction of the time needed with traditional screenprinting. It lets us send a design directly from the computer to the printer with none of the set up steps required with other methods.

Orders as small as just one shirt are no problem, and there is no set up fee. Our standard turnaround is less than 48 hours, but we have same-day service available for rush orders!

Photographs and detailed artwork is no problem to reproduce. Our equipment uses a four-color printing process that allows for a palette of over 16 million colors.

We use water based inks that are extra soft and retains their color washing after washing. It has a feel that is even more comfortable than traditional screenprinting, yet is just as durable.

Ordering is as simple as emailing your design to your sales rep with the number of shirts you need printed. Just tell us the size you’d like the design and placement. We accept most graphics files such as JPEG or TIF.

Because the inks we use are water based, we do not use white ink. This means that our printing will look best on white or light colored shirts. Dark colored shirts are not recommended. We have a stock of white and athletic gray shirts in our warehouse which are perfect for digital printing.

Our printer can handle files up to 600 dpi (dots per inch), allowing for extra sharp designs. When sending your art, please make sure that its resolution is at least 150 dpi, so that it will print its very best.
