Ordering procedures
& guidelines

All prices include a 3 ½ inch 6 color left or right chest embroidery up to 8,000 stitches. Additional charges for more than 8,000 stitches are 40 cents per thousand stitches.

Order Size:

New orders are 12 pieces min. This is because of the set up time for new orders. Repeat order minimum quantity is 6 pieces. There is a $25.00 service charge for less than 6 pieces. All prices are based on quantity of each order. Garments can be mixed within the same order to receive the same price breaks (i.e. an order of 13 jackets and 12 polos will receive the same price break as 25 polos).

Setup Charges:

Embroidery set up for new art is $100.00 per design (8,000 stitches) with camera ready artwork. Doodles, napkin sketches, and rough pencil drawings are not considered camera ready art work. Click here for a better definition of "camera ready" art. A rule of thumb is if you can draw it with a Sharpie felt tip pen, we can embroider it.

Artwork when required is charged at the hourly rate of $40.00

Individual or personalized names:

Individual names in either block or script are $6.00 per line of embroidery. These are generally on the side opposite the logo and add a personalized touch to the item.

Full Back Embroidery:

Full back embroidery is available on certain items. Please check with your account representative and refer to our price list for full back embroidery charges.

Cap Guidelines:

Design size is limited to 2.25" tall and 4.25" wide.

Delivery:

Averages two weeks after receipt of order. Please add two additional weeks if new art and design is required. Note: If you are buying for export some of these products may not be eligible for re export to another country from the United States. Orders are considered complete when 95% shipment is made.

Rush Charges:

15% of the total amount invoiced

Restocking/cancellation charges:

15% of each order. No cancellation will be accepted for any product embroidered.
