Embroidery

Embroidery prices listed include one chest or sleeve logo up to 8,000 stitches. Excess stitch charge is $.45 per thousand stitches. Full back logos are available and priced separately.

Northwest Embroidery specializes in corporate embroidery and printing. To maintain efficient production and to keep our customers’ costs low, our prices are structured on a minimum order size of six pieces or $75.00.

Delivery:  2 weeks from receipt of order. Changing an order will affect delivery date. 25% rush charges

Terms: 50% deposit required, balance on delivery. FOB Milton, WA. We accept Visa or MasterCard.

Samples: Northwest will gladly provide sizing samples. We will charge your card for the samples and refund the charge once the samples are returned.
Order Setup:

Embroidery Setup: One time digitizing setup charge of $100.00 for new logos. Artwork must be clean and clear. Vector artwork or 300 dpi files are recommended for digitizing. Vector files are the best for print work.

Keyboard Text Setup: $30.00 (Block or Script font only)

Digitizing Minor Edits: $40.00

Digitizing Major Edits: $80.00

Custom Artwork: $60.00 per hour billed in 15 minute increments. Our artist has 30 years experience and is extremely fast. We can turn your idea into a custom design.

Personalization: custom names on garments (keyboard lettering) is $7.50 first line and $3.00 each additional line. Price applies to only items purchased from Northwest Embroidery.

Cap Guidelines:

Size of Cap Design: Max embroidery space is 5 inches by 2.25 inches tall. Low crown caps are 2 inches in height. Please keep lettering ¼” tall. Thicker lines and logos with less detail embroider better on caps.

Digitizing Cap Front: $100.00 (one time charge)

Digitizing Cap Back/Sides: $50.00 (small cap back logo approx. 1”)

Text:  $30.00 (website or phone number for back of cap) BLOCK font only

Digital Printing

Printing setup: One time fee of $25.00 per design.  Artwork should be either a vector file or 300dpi in the same size as to be printed. 

Delivery:  3 to 5 days from approval of artwork. Changing an order will affect delivery date. 25% rush charges.

Bigger Size Up-charges:

2XL $3.00 ($2.00 for T-shirts)
3XL $5.00 ($3.00 for T-shirts)
4XL $7.00 ($4.00 for T-shirts)
5XL $9.00 ($5.00 for T-shirts)
Tall sizes add an additional $4.00 per garment
