Northwest Embroidery continues on the cutting edge with our digital garment printing division,  Also known as "direct to garment" or DTG printing. Our printer uses specialized inkject technology that can apply designs directly on fabric, using a full CMYK color spectrum that requires less setup time and costs than traditional printing methods.  No longer will you be limited to just a handful of colors in your artwork!

Digital printing is the most cost effective solution for designs that use a lot of different colors, since the cost is the same whether it is one or a hundred different colors. It is also best for orders 72 pieces or less. Turnaround is usually 4-5 days from the approval of your artwork, and we do accept rush orders.  If you have a last-minute event, we have the capability to complete your order in just hours (rush charges may apply).

We use water-based inks that are safe for the evironment as well as durable and comfortable to wear.  All ink is GOTS certified (Global Organic Textile Standard), meaning they are nonhazardous, non-toxic, formaldehyde and heavy-metal free as well as biodegradable. This certification guarantees the traceability of and use of both environmentally-friendly and consumer-healthy inks.

There is a just a one-time setup fee of $25.00 for each new design, nothing more. Also, once we have your design on file, reordering is a snap!
